SEAFOOD KING GENE EXPRESS: Top Chattanooga Spot for Fresh Lobster, Crab Legs & More

Presentation was amazing. Very generous portion. The food was superb! Seasoned to perfection. Lobster tail is as big as your face. Crab legs clusters were a nice size. No nasty fishy taste. Sweet and savory sausage. Corn on the cob was sweet and tender. Boiled eggs were cooked perfectly. Potatoes were delicious. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend. Forget 5 stars I wish I could have given him a standing ovation Great service!

I am a fan of people that know how to cook. And they know how to cook! The brisket was cooked to perfection. I cannot wait to come back and try everything else on the menu!

OMG!! This place is a MUST go to eat in Chattanooga TN. Just so you don’t get lost the address is 3230 Wilcox Blvd. I had Lobster,Shrimp,Salmon,Corn,Potatoes,Broccoli and Mac& Cheese With Strawberry Pineapple and Blueberry Lemonade the First day and it was so good that I ate here everyday out the 4days here.

My wife and I are celebrating our 28th anniversary today and we both had a craving for some crab legs. I saw that the Seafood King Gene Express had a 4.9 favorable rating. Well we gave them a try and we rate them a 5.0. The young man that took my order was also very friendly. Give them a try!!!!

I had the naked crab plate and substituted my sausage for extra shrimp. The portion size is amazing! I ate off of this plate for close to two days (with added rice). I assume the crab included is the shoulder. The seasoning was delicious, but the sauce is an acquired taste. My hubby couldn’t get into it, but again I FINISHED MY PLATE after two days. And man..I should have gotten more corn!

When I tell you this is the spot to go to if you're in the area. I order the Kings platter and the steak plate. It says it will feed 4 but in all honesty it will feed at least 6 people. The crab clusters were perfect, the sauce on the clusters, shrimp, and potatoes was excellent. The sausage had a sweet sauce on it that gives you a sweet and savory hit to your taste buds. The corn was sweet and the eggs were boiled perfectly. The steak plate was great as well it was seasoned just right. You could tell the broccoli was fresh and busting with flavor. The corn on the steak plate had some type of parmesan on it, which gave it an unique taste. Couldn't decide on what flavor lemonade to buy so we decided to buy every flavor they had made ( at that time was about four) my favorite was the pineapple kiwi lemonade, and the peach pineapple lemonade. We wanted to try everything honestly. The best food I've gotten from a food truck in a very long time. When he handed me my pan, it had to weigh at least 15 pounds. We hate that we didn't get a chance to try the shrimp nachos and shrimp mac. The pan was so full but it was properly secured, wrapped in saran wrap so it wouldn't spill any while you're driving back to your home. If I'm ever back in that area this will most definitely be one of my go to spots.

I’m from Maryland and my family mentioned this food truck. I stopped by with my mother for the ribeye tray and strawberry lemonade. When we opened our food we noticed the shrimp wasn’t there. It was a distance , so we didn’t go back. I recommend checking your plate before you leave. The food tasted scrumptious. I would order this takeout again. For 2 plates and 2 lemonades it was $91. It was pricey. Maybe they can offer someone to bring your food to your car since there was not eating seating to wait for food or a system that let you know your food was ready. You had to keep going up to see if your food was ready.
